Polyurethane materials are used in elevator wheels and underground mines, with a UL94 flame retardant rating of V0 and a limit oxygen index (LOI) greater than 28. However, polyurethane is flammable. To improve flame retardancy, Polywin Chemical adds non-reactive flame retardant filler and reactive flame retardant polyol. At the same time, the synergistic effect of different flame retardants is used to achieve better flame retardancy in the same filling amount.The typical FR grade prolymer of Polywin Chemical is E95FR.

The main characters of E95FR are:

②Excellent adhesive properties to steel hub

③Good anti-loading

④Good steaming and boiling resistance

⑤Good mechanical performance

⑥Good abrasion resistant

⑦Easily sulcanization processing

Through the special formula design, E95 greatly improves the flame retardant performance of polyurethane on the basis of basically maintaining the product physical performance, bonding strength and operation process.
