The EU has adopted regulations restricting the use of diisocyanates. Low Free (low frequency) Isocyanate technology enables customers to comply with minimum effort and highest quality.
Most our ranges of PU prepolymers contain less than 0.1% residual Isocyanate for improved industrial hygiene and have a controlled form, provides improved performance and higher productivity in PU elastomer, foam, and adhesives.

Low Free prepolymers enable you to streamline your manufacturing processes. With the ability to achieve lower viscosity than conventional prepolymers, they enable the casting of very large and complex parts, can minimize the use of solvents in formulated coatings and adhesives, and may be specially formulated for processing at ambient temperature. These prepolymers offer lower viscosity, longer pot life and faster demolding with a range of curatives and catalysts to enable very high productivity.
