Customized solutions

We have ranges of products to make selection, but sometimes with special tiny difference on performance, if customer care, we can make. Like as below:

1. If there are requirements on specific structure or characteristic indicators of target product, like viscosity or NCO content and so on, we can cooperate with customers to develop specific formulas, and conduct small and medium-sized trials until large-scale procurement.

2. If working condition of customers' product is quite special, we can simulate actual product physical requirements and customize the formula based on the working conditions.

Strong applications foundation

POLYWIN has always been committed to polyurethane elastomer industry and has accumulated rich urethane experiences. We have developed a variety of product lines with customers, including marine cable protection, hydrophilic cosmetic sponge, hydraulic seals, and industrial foam and so on. We are very clear on requirements of different industries. For example, elevator wheels have new requirements on flame retardant in this years, and industrial foam has different levels of hydrophilicity and expansion rate.

So we are willing to work closely with our customers, and share our experiences with potential partners without violating commercial competition agreement.
