The demand on high load-bearing wheels is increasing worldwide. For example, these materials are used for forklift wheels, guide rollers for high-rise and industrial elevators, as well as rollers for agricultural machinery and high-performance roller coasters. Advantages of polyurethane wheels:

A. Light weight: PU wheel has much lighter than PVC. For example, PVC wheels with same size weigh about 20 kilograms, while 6-inch PU wheels only weigh about 10 kilograms.

B. Wear resistance: urethane wheel has best wear resistant in the world.

C. Good anti-slip performance: Because PU material has good self-lubrication and non adhesion characteristics, it is very smooth to use.

D. Long service life: A 6-inch PU wheel can have a normal service life of 3-5 years! And it can be reused multiple times, and the price is relatively cheap.

We can supply different level solution for wheel industry based on performance requirements, conventional TDI/Ester urethane is suitable for general use, conventional TDI/PTMEG urethane can be applied in forklift wheel, Low Free grades are suitable for those relative high-loading environment, low free PPDI or NDI urethane is highly adopted in wheel of roller coaster or monorail crane.  They have excellent wear resistance, load-bearing performance, and good dynamic performance.
